Almost no effort. The only requirement is that our IP address is whitelisted in Cargowise and you have the Cargowise eAdaptor access credentials ready. Don’t worry, we will assist you with this. You don’t need to change anything within Cargowise itself.

That’s a valid question, especially if you have multiple locations. We have good news for you. There are several ways you can do this. The most popular method is for users to download the plugin from the Microsoft Store. An IT administrator can also deploy the plugin to all desired users.

Depending on the number of users, we offer different support packages. Generally, the preferred option is 3rd level support. This means we train your power user team to use the tools, and if they encounter issues they cannot resolve, they can contact us.

Yes, it is. However, due to our current workload, we need to determine which companies we can offer a free trial to. This may result in some waiting times, unfortunately.

To use all features of Bridge2C, you need CargoWise Cloud ReadOnly, CargoWise eAdaptor Inbound, Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft 365, and our IP addresses whitelisted with CargoWise. You will receive more details during the onboarding process.

Yes. The current version requires CargoWise and Microsoft. At the moment, it is not planned to expand to other systems. However, we are happy to hear your requirements.

No, Bridge2C was built by independent logistics and software development experts. Therefore, it is NOT a product of Microsoft or CargoWise, Wisetech.
